Body Balance

One of your body's greatest stressors is the force of gravity. The earth is big, and fighting gravity takes approximately two thirds of the energy that we have to spend on a given day. The less energy we use to fight gravity, the more energy we can spend on thinking, healing and running our body.

Posture is key to your relationship with gravity and is rebalanced in our office quickly and effectively with the NUCCA procedure using a spinal adjustment that feels like having your pulse taken. Flexibility, core stability, and aerobic/muscular conditioning are examples of other factors that affect your body balance and need to be properly attended to in order to optimize your body balance.
